You Can be in the Cookbook!

It's cookbook time again!

Photo Contest

This year, the cover is up for grabs! If you are a current UFBH member, you can submit your basset's photo! After the final photo submissions are received, the UFBH Board of Trustees will vote to see which basset will be featured on the cookbook cover.

Photo requirements are as follows:

• Photos must be a minimum 400 dots per inch (dpi);
• Photo must feature only bassets (pajamas preferred, although not required);
• Basset must be in the act of or in contemplation of "countercruising" a breakfast or brunch food item;
• Photos must be submitted no later than June 28th, 2008;
• Be creative; but, please do NOT make your basset miserable in pursuit of that "perfect shot;"

Recipes

We will accept recipes from anyone (including your favorite uncle)! The facing page of each recipe will feature the entrant's pet's photo along with a description or story (See a sample here.). Recipes submissions will only be accepted with a minimum $5 donation.

During the online donation/payment procedure you will be given the option to pay online with a credit card or pay by check. If you make your donations via credit card, you will be emailed all the appropriate instructions for submitting your photo or recipe online. If you choose to donate by check, please be aware that we will wait to send you instructions until after we receive your payment.
